Lived here for 3 years, management changed 4 times and the last Manager at 403 south Atlantic was terrible. I delivered the apartment in perfect shape and he kept the majority of my security deposit after damaged was caused to my belongings from fixing a leak and storage. Do NOT RENT FROM THEM!
