What a disappointment my experience with this company has been. I hired Arne based on his reputation, his work in my community and because he is a small business owner that I wanted to support. He refinished the entire first floor of our home. My family and I were out of the house for 4 days while he did the work, and upon returning to our home, I noticed the following on our floors: stain drops, circular sand marks, bubbles, streaks, unfinished sections and uneven finishing.
