I've known Arndt heating and cooling for many years. Extremely trustworthy and honest. No hidden surprises. Always professional and on time. The knowledge and expertise is second to none. He has replaced two furnaces for me in different homes. And serviced my ac as well. You'll never be unhappy with the service and professionalism.
Prompt friendly service. Explained my options and is giving me a quote. Long time customer and will not look anywhere else.
I did not have any problems with the cleaning and tune up of my furnace. I do have a problem with the mess and black soot left all over my floors, railing, doors and handles. After paying $240 for a service that takes an hour i should not have to clean and mop for almost an hour after. My time is not free either!!!
Zach did a great job of fixing our heating system. We had air in the system. He replaced an air vent and purged the lines. Now everything is working fine. We are very pleased with the service.
