I had an EKG done over 10 days ago. They were supposed to call me back a week ago with the results. Not only did nobody call me back. I’ve already left five voicemails sent an email and as of today nobody has still called me back! The office set up here is an absolute disgrace and I will be searching for a new doctor. Not because the doctor is bad it’s because of the way their system is set up! It’s been like this for a while!
Absolutely terrible experience with ARNALDO M. MORA, M.D.PA, located at 5353 W Atlantic Ave, Suite 400-A, Delray Beach, FL 33484. We specifically asked them to change the pharmacy location for my 83-year-old mother because we no longer live near the previous pharmacy. This was a simple and necessary request, and they failed to do it. Because of their negligence, an elderly patient was left dealing with unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
