Nice staff but I cannot recommend this Dr to anyone. Worst optometrist I have visited.
This is the worst Optometrist I have ever been to. The Dr. first screwed up my examination though he knew I needed a comprehensive exam as I use both contact and glasses. Then gave me the wrong prescription glasses and refused to re-examine me after I begged him to check again as I was extremely dizzy after wearing them. I spent over $100 which he refused to reimburse me and am left with no benefits to use this year and no prescription glasses or contacts.
Dr. Martinez, thank you so much for your excellent service. Your emergency care - on a Sunday morning - was impressive and greatly appreciated! Your prompt attention in treating our daughter eyes, made it possible to celebrate her birthday that afternoon as planned. We will certainly recommend your professional services. Thank you!
Please don't use this place, the doctor is not into customer service. Poor service
This was my best eye exam experience. I'm very happy with my prescription. Awesome staff!!!
