I was going through a rough separation and was having trouble finding an apartment for my daughter and I. However, when we came to Arnada Pointe, Hilary and Marisa were friendly and supportive and helped us get into a lovely and cozy apartment. This is my first time apartment living and I can't complain. Any issue that has arisen has been dealt with promptly, the grounds are well kept and the pool is clean. I think to aranda point is over priced and worries bout the small stuff its been ok so far but they won't give you a chance even if your thing to do the best you can. I'm not rating them just Cuz it should be a that they give someone a chance to change themselves
The only good thing about this place is the staff is friendly....when it comes to the apartments living in a cheap motel would be better at least people pick up there dogs poop and nothing is rotting and you will pay way less.
