I sold a disabled car through a third party vendor & they selected a local salvage yard to pick up & haul the car away. They chose Army's. The car was at my parents house as I live downtown and it could not be towed there. It was scheduled to be picked up 2 days before Christmas. The driver communicated professionally, was on time, friendly and easy to get along with. Very friendly. Fast and reasonably priced. Saved the day. Saved me from going to a sketchy repair shop. Referred me to a wonderful mechanic. Thank you. Highly recommend, great customer service.
Your front desk lady is extremely rude. Ive done business here before and never had an issue with anyone nasty until now. Maybe dont work in customer service if you dont know how to talk to people. We dont all have to speak professional but you dont need an attitude behind it either. Thanks for everything else yall do though i guess
