I purchased a gift card for $100 with this business. I've called, and stopped by trying to make appointments. In July I stopped in for a Mani/Pedi, they had signage on their front door stating they had an emergency situation and that if you had credit with them you could contact them for a refund. I've texted and called. Nobody responded. I stopped by again yesterday (October) and ALL traces of the business are gone (building is empty inside, and signage removed from the outside). I really wanted to love this place and give the my business...got a manicure...it was strictly cuticle cutting, filing (had to file when I got home, again) and polish. No lotion hand massage etc One nail chipped after one week and now after 2 weeks, another nail. My gel usually lasts at least 4 weeks. They are very nice people, but with a nail shop on every corner, "nice" won't keep you in business. Fumes are very strong, too. 😕 Disappointing. I would have given them monthly business.

Oh, I am so lucky that I found these people…… the owners provide snacks and cold water, and a wonderful, clean brand new nail salon. I got my usual dip on my fingers and gel on my toes. Everything has great precision and cleanliness, and she gave me a little flower design as well. I come here every two weeks and they are the best.
