The service tech came in to quote me a new system because another company told me it was going to be $6000 in repairs and we figured replacing would be better. When he came in, he told me the truth and ran a diagnosis to say that he could do it for a fraction of the price and it would not necessarily need to be replaced unless that is want we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and let me ask questions about anything, allowing me to guide the conversation and not him. 100% would recommend this company.
