This is a great place for jewelry supplies. They have every thing you need. The people who work there are actually friendly, kind and very helpful. They answer all your questions and have competitive pricing. A HUGE plus they have classes for all skill levels! I will be going back, a lot.
This place is the greatest! So many jewelry classes from beginner to advanced, and any supplies you might need. Mary, Doug, Lori each with different styles and skill sets. Caroline works with getting my supplies organized and checked out quickly. I really appreciate that since I'm on a schedule for now. Many of Armstrong's prices are competitive with shopping online and I'd rather spend my dollars locally, as much as I can. Plus browsing in person and feeling the equipment and metals. My assistant and I recently attended a Delft clay casting class at Armstrong Tools, taught by Mary. She was an excellent instructor, guiding us through each step with clarity and ensuring everyone grasped the process. It was a fantastic experience, and I’m excited to take another class. Absolutely LOVE this shop. I've become a regular there thanks to their wonderful service and the friendly and attentive staff. They truly care about their customers and take time with each person.
I had been ordering here for years for classes that I teach and Don has helped me so many times. I went today and kevin refused me service after seeing my list. He had said he was going to go into the back to get some of the items I needed, but as soon as I showed my list of things and saw that I was looking at what CR Hill had in stock and price comparisons.
