I have always had a good experience at Armstrong. The staff is knowledgeable. There seems there is someone in shop who can answer my questions.
This is a great place for jewelry supplies. They have every thing you need. The people who work there are actually friendly, kind and very helpful. They answer all your questions and have competitive pricing. A HUGE plus they have classes for all skill levels! I will be going back, a lot.
This place is the greatest! So many jewelry classes from beginner to advanced, and any supplies you might need. Mary, Doug, Lori each with different styles and skill sets. Caroline works with getting my supplies organized and checked out quickly. I really appreciate that since I'm on a schedule for now. Many of Armstrong's prices are competitive with shopping online and I'd rather spend my dollars locally, as much as I can. Plus browsing in person and feeling the equipment and metals. She was an excellent instructor, guiding us through each step with clarity and ensuring everyone grasped the process. It was a fantastic experience, and I’m excited to take another class.
