I had been ordering here for years for classes that I teach and Don has helped me so many times. I went today and kevin refused me service after seeing my list. He had said he was going to go into the back to get some of the items I needed, but as soon as I showed my list of things and saw that I was looking at what CR Hill had in stock and price comparisons. Customer service at its best!! I walked in with little to no knowledge and very little confidence. Walked out excited about attempting to try and craft my own for myself. I can't wait to attend the classes offered by Mary who was a a gem herself! Very knowledgeable and equally patient. Focused in on what I needed for my project not a sale, (I initially grabbed things I didn't need), shared some valuable knowledge, followed by words to inspire confidence. I would cross state lines to bring my business back here.
