I've been impressed with Jeffrey thru the estimating process and am impressed with design, engineering and permitting process. I'm a Building contractor so this eliminates headaches I'd rather not be hands on with. Our property purchase fell thru, but will talk to Jeffrey in the future once we find our piece of heaven. T. I've been working with Jeffery at Armstrong and I couldn't be more pleased with how the process is working. I have a complicated Design/build project for a client and getting the details just right is part of the issue. I have a difficult project in Ghana, incorporating both Industrial content and socially beneficial Elements, clinic, crèche and vocational training, for an impoverished rural area, 30 km from the nearest town. As linked to US Aid agencies, structural elements needed to be fabricated and delivered from the USA. I am in the planning stages of building a childrens recreation facility. Jim C************* is my go-to guy. He has been kind, courteous, very helpful and informative strealining and making the customization process easy. He has been asking questions to make sure we dont forget important elements, but not paying for more than what we need. I look forward to continuing this process with Jim and Armstrong Steel.

So far so good! The designers and engineers at Armstrong Steel have worked tirelessly, through many iterations to arrive at a final design that addresses both my aesthetic and budget requirements. Thanks in particular to the CEO and Plant Manager who have taken an individual interest in my project, providing creative and clever solutions when needed. So far, they have been a pleasure to work with, and I will be sure to update my testimonial as the project proceeds through permits, delivery and assembly.

I contacted Armstrong Steel inquiring about pre-engineered metal buildings for property we were looking at buying. I spoke with Jim Christopherson numerous times, making some changes, adding additional information, etc. Every time, Jim and his team were very responsive and he supplied the new pricing and specs within a few hours. Unfortunately our plans fell through and we no longer need a building. If our needs change, I will definitely contact Armstrong Steel again.
