Horrible company to deal with. Never heard of a moving company that considers damages as part of your deductible. They take forever to have repairs to damages reviewed by a third party before they authorize the repairs and require payment against your deductible BEFORE repairs are made in cash or money order. So if the repairs are not a quality job you are out the money and left to resolve repair issues on your own. Buyer be ware with company. They do not disclose everything up front.
