I have loved working with Armstrong property. You guys are the best!
From keeping the contracts full and collecting the rent, Armstrong Properties does everything and at a great rate. I literally lift a finger just to read the monthly statements they send and check to make sure the direct deposit has made it into my bank account.
This is the worst company to deal with, we had to break our contract early, which they said would NOT be an issue as long as they had someone to fill the spot which we did. The townhouse was not clean at all when we moved in, and they charged us for the cleaning fee even thought when moving in it was filthy. AC leaked water as well, and it took them about 3 weeks to fix that as well. They did not give us our deposit back and said we owed them $28.13 DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!
