We appreciated the quick and intelligent service we received from Vince. Second time we have had Armstrong out to the house, once for a busted pipe in the ceiling and the other for a clogged water line. Both jobs handled efficiently and expertly.

This is the third Gerber Avalanche toilet that Armstrong has installed for me. Sure, more expensive than big box store, but with new flooring I wanted it done correct and on a timetable that coincided with the finishing of the bathroom floor. Armstrong did all of that. The Gerber toilet flushes well, has a two volume flush which is good as this toilet has a long sewer pipe transit to the street. The employee called to alert re: his time line of arrival. I was very impressed with George. He first came out to give an estimate and was courteous, professional and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. When George returned to install gas and plumbing lines he brought Dylan to assist, who also did a fine job. I needed additional work done in the kitchen and he was able to work it into his schedule that very day, and I very much appreciated not having to wait for another appointment later on. Armstrong's employee Peter has helped us several times over the years. He is very respectful about putting on shoe covers before entering our carpeted home. He kindly listens to our concerns and completes the work to our satisfaction at a reasonable price. We're both 83 and appreciate working with a company and employees we can trust.

I had some plumbing added by previous owners (gas line, water lines, and drain) removed from the side of the house. Peter and his assistant from Armstrong Plumbing did a great job. They easily completed the project and were very efficient. In addition, they were cordial and professional.

Vince and David came over to relight a water heater pilot. Vince was great as he showed me a couple of tricks not shown in instructions to help the process. He also offered to check out any other plumbing concerns while he was here. They were courteous, professional and importantly, on time
