I was looking for Haircolor, didn't have the ones I was looking for, they were on back order. Alicia at the Buffalo location was very helpful, she took time to call another location, to see if they had it, and did. I bought some other things while I was there. I love Cosmoprof thank you again Alicia!

This store has such amazing staff. They always go above and beyond to help have all my color up at the front so I can check out fast . Nicole and Alicia Always make you feel welcome and help with all your cosmo needs.
Every time I come in , bought atleast 200 to 300 $ worth. And at cash register, the price isn't correct, it's cost more than the shelving posted. Whats going on. This is 4th time of this year I caught it...the corporation need to do right by people...I am very disappointed... you must had made more money on hard working stylist by not corrected.
