I called yesterday at 8:10 and was told the lady I needed to speak to wouldn’t be in until 8:30. She would call me as son as she arrived. I never received a call. My call was to replace an exterior door knob that Armstrong put in about 4 months ago. We wanted it keyed the same. My daughter who lives here in Orlando receives an excessive verbal on the phone about 6 weeks ago. I figured there was some mistake. After 14 years I think it’s time to find a new locksmith. I was shocked with the quote I received today. In the last year their price doubled. I paid $100 for a primus cylinder keyed, this year they want $165 + $25 for the same item. The deadbolt was $44 now $99. If you google the deadbolts they are $40-$50.

Timely, courteous, competent, reasonably priced - we really appreciated Robert Mott of Armstrong Lock. He installed new knobs and locks on four doors on Thursday. Only one key to use (or lose 🙂). Good job. I would recommend this company room anyone needing a locksmith in Orlando.

We called Armstrong Lock & Security to rekey our entire house (9 locks) after our house keys were stolen from our car and they repaired two door handles. Ian Martin was our technician.
