I had a clogged downspout. I called several gutter service companies and couldn't get a hold of anyone. When I called Armstrong, someone actually answered the phone. They told me that they were booked and wouldn't be able to come out for several weeks, but much to my surprise, the owner came to my house that same day and fixed the problem for a fair price. My experience was good
