We have been in our home for 2 years and the engineered hardwood we have is completely falling apart!!! Rite Rug has been trying to get in contact with Armstrong about our warranty and has yet to hear back. We even had an Armstrong person come out and inspect them and he also agreed they should not be completely peeling away but after he left we haven’t heard anything! RecommendedArmstrong Flooring Specialist went above and beyond on a recent install needed to for an estate sale I did. Being an estate, my seller was already a bit drained emotionally, they made this part of the sale as simple as it could get. The communication was top notch which is so important in this business! Thank you for an amazing experience, I will definitely be recommending this company to more clients in the future!
