Consistently great service! Every visit has reinforced my high opinion of this team. Really appreciate the savvy use of emails with clickable event scheduling for my smartphone but also blended with personal phones calls and personal follow up and follow through. I've being going to Frehner Family Dental for five years. I've always had a great experience. Dr. Frehner and his staff are pleasant to deal with and discuss any issues in a way that's easy to understand. I recommend this office to anyone who asks.
Setting up an appointment was easy. I had online access to the forms that I needed so I could have them completed when I arrived for the appointment. Check in was simple and I barely had time to sit down in the waiting room before I was called back to the exam room. I had a great experience and the staff was friendly and focused on making sure my needs were met.

Dr. Frehner gave me 2 options after I took a nasty fall on my face and broke off a section of my front tooth. I needed extra time to process that I had a severe crack in my tooth. I opted for a temporary filling until I decide to have a crown and a possible root canal. It had to be my decision.
