My appointment began on time at 8:45 with a quick look over by Dr. Panoske. Tarter was removed by technician Michelle and finally a polish. Because of a sensitivity of one molar, I am to return next month for a filling. Overall, the experience was as quick and as painless as possible.

Very good experience. Got in on time and had a good checkup.
Staff know my kids' names and remember things about us. The kids went straight back and staff chatted with them about teeth. Most importantly, my son ended up with his first cavities and good tooth care was discussed (he's been very "anti-brushing good" lately)

Let me first say how scared I was to walk in the door the first time. I have had really bad experiences with dentists in the past, When I walk in this door Sharon greets me and asks about my family. Michelle comes to get me and ever so gently cleans my teeth, I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it. Dr. Frehner took a very scared individual and made me comfortable and not afraid anymore. On time, courteous and explained my options for a cracked filling. No pressure on how I should decide.
Most people find it easier to say how unhappy the are. Today I can say I am very happy with Frehenr Family Dental. I like that the I am treated as person first, and as there customer/patient .
