great service, car was actually done earlier than expected. we've been taking our cars here fo 30 years. one of the few shops that I know that are honest and don't take advantage of you. I think you're on your bed most of the work himself.
I dropped off my car here nearly 6 weeks ago and they have been nearly impossible to contact. My insurance estimated it would be about 3 weeks to repair and it has been 6 weeks now and still not completed. I dropped my car off for an inspection, early in the morning like the owner said was best. I never heard back from him despite leaving several messages. Finally 2 days later I went back to the garage and picked up my car to take it home and elsewhere for inspection. They never even touched it, in fact moved it farther out by the street. Very frustrating and time-wasting experience. *No you certainly did not text me any such thing. That is a lie and 3 years later a response? Lol
