Rude! Rude! Terrible customer service!! I called to inquire about their lease options and the gentleman was extremely disrespectful and belittling. He hung up on me twice. If I can give this apartment complex a negative rating I would. A (1) rating is way too high. I will be contacting the main/corporate office. This apartment complex needs to be shut down immediately!
Very rude customer service! I called to see how much their 2 bedroom apartments where and said he didn’t have any available and when I asked when he would be he said he hoped to not have any available with attitude and just seemed to not want to help in any way
