I been living here for 5 years now. And the apartments don't even look like this anymore he most definitely remodel the apartments and the inside is nice. And very very affordable. No crime the street is peace and quiet. Since I been living in these apartment. I feel safe and he most definitely have a 24hr surveillance cameras. With kenner on speed dial. I'm happy here. Rude! Rude! Terrible customer service!! I called to inquire about their lease options and the gentleman was extremely disrespectful and belittling. He hung up on me twice. If I can give this apartment complex a negative rating I would. A (1) rating is way too high. I will be contacting the main/corporate office. This apartment complex needs to be shut down immediately!
Very rude customer service! I called to see how much their 2 bedroom apartments where and said he didn’t have any available and when I asked when he would be he said he hoped to not have any available with attitude and just seemed to not want to help in any way
