One of my twin packs went down this weekend. ARMS sent out Brian Vargas to check the unit. Brian gave me a short course in Nest thermostat operation and then he went up on the roof. It was a malfunctioning capacitor, still under warranty. Brian explained the problem clearly and made us feel like valued customers. Best of all, we have our AC back thanks to Brian's good work.
