Really disappointing service. My appointment for moss removal got delayed twice, and on the day of, the worker who was to show up in the am, showed up at 5:30, no phone call, nada. The work took 4o minutes, and the 2nd half of my payment was billed to my cc before he drove away. The price was more than I make in 2 weeks work and I was never offered a senior discount OR the 250 dollar off coupon on their website. I also asked the worker for a quote on a fascia repair, this was followed up with an email and I'm still waiting.... read more
