Will promise you the moon to get your $/contract and then backtrack on it all. The manager's memory is horrible and will forget everything. Stay away from this company.
I had spanish tile and loved it but it kept breaking in the winter. Armour recommended I switch to concrete tile to keep this from happening, while all the other Denver roofing contractors wanted to just keep replacing the tile. So I appreciated that roofing expertise.
