After no one showed for my originally scheduled appt on a Fri, I was worried, but Jeffrey Stevens was there promptly on Mon. He was very knowledgeable and professional, explained the product and warranty, and worked with me on alternatives to reach a price that worked for me. It was a very productive appointment, and I’m moving ahead with the door replacement for my home. Keeping my fingers crossed that they can meet my rather aggressive timeline!
