ORIGINAL: I would like to say first that this review is based solely on the presentation of the salesman Rick and not on the quality of the job done. That being said, Rick was great. He's straight to the point. He knows windows and he'll work with you to get you the best deal for what you want. This review will be updated once the work begins, as that will be a whole other process. The doors are very good quality, but their customer service was an awful experience! First, do not let them handle an application if required for HOA approval. They filled out the application wrong 2 times which set us back over a month just to have approval and order the doors. Then, they said the waiting time was estimated 6-8 weeks until installation. We waited over 12 weeks, and probably would have waited longer if I didn't call asking for an update of why we were waiting so long and they "conveniently" called the very n... read more
After seeing commercials and looking at their many numerous good reviews we reached out to Armorvue for a quote on a front door installation on our mobile home. It was difficult to find a specialist who was willing to work on our front door with side lights for our mobile home. Some companies would not even offer a quote. Rick was a pleasure to work with in finding the perfect solution and was very knowledgeable about the business and his competitors.
Update: Removing 1 star. The salesman Ron’s customer service continues to be fantastic, and the detailed measuring appointment went great, but the process otherwise has turned into a headache. We were told originally that they would handle all HOA paperwork, but turns out they are not allowed to do that. Trying to get the correct documentation from the office team has been excruciatingly slow, with enough missing or incorrect information that if I didn’t know better I’d think they’ve never dealt with an HOA before. Highly recommend Armorvue. Just had 5 impact windows and 2 triple sliders replaced by Armorvue. From Ron the salesman to the installers I am very pleased. Don and Chandler did the install in 2 days. They were very polite and respectful of my home. They cleaned up at the end of each day and did a beautiful job of caulking, sealing and some framing.
