Dropped 26-ft U-Haul off at Armour around 2:00 pm Saturday and about 75 miles after calling Andres at 86th & L location and he checked with scheduling to OK the drop. He said to just drop the key in the box, but didn't remind me to refill the gas to 3/8 full. Forgot to fill the gas tank. Remembered after I already dropped the key in the box, so couldn't go fill it.
Payton was great, efficient and fast!
I called and talked with Kyrsten Rowley and she was fantastic. I have never talked with anyone that had so much professionalism. She was so helpful and walked me through everything to get locked into a storage unit. Thank you Kyrsten.
