This was my first visit to Armor Gym with the Survivor Fitness Program. Nic did an excellent job of welcoming me, getting me introduced to the group, and getting me started. Unfortunately, I was running about 6 minutes late and I had to catch up with the group. I feel the session was moderately challenging, which is exactly where I need to be right now! I am looking forward to my future sessions! Thank you Nic!

Best gym I’ve been to in the last 6 years and I’ve lived in 4 different states and this gym has the best atmosphere and gym equipment. Great gym for any experience level
I'm in town for three days. I do some looking and there is a Google review that says, "they offer day passes and it's awesome". So I check it out and sure enough they offer a three day pass and this place is incredible! Thanks to that guy! There is literally nothing you would want to use that they don't have. This is the kind of palace (no I didn't spell that wrong) that would make you want to move just to be closer. I travel to Knoxville several times a year and my only regret is that I didn't find this sooner! Bravo!
