This is by far my favorite gym because of the employees, the people and the equipment! I love it! The ONLY reason I can’t give them a 5-star is that the music they play is deafening! Seriously, my smart watch goes off every time I’m there to warn me that the volume is at a hazardous level. It’s hard to hear my trainer or even my own thoughts, but really it’s not good for anyone in there for long periods of time.

Unreal gym! Was passing through on a road trip from Canada and grabbed a day pass here. The equipment is amazing. One of the best selections I've ever seen, with a great mix of old school and new school pieces. The two young men at the front desk who helped me check in and pay were also really warm and welcoming. If you live in Knoxville, this should be your gym. And if you're passing through, definitely check it out. You won't be disappointed

Very clean, professional customer service, and any kind of equipment you would ever need. Highly recommend if you're in the knoxville area.

Front desk greeted me as I walked in and was helpful in setting up a guest pass. I was followed up with via text after my visit to make sure my gym experience was what it should be. Gym was very clean and aesthetically appealing, overall gym vibe is great for serious lifters. Great business practices!
