Fraudulent company. Two websites each giving the same company a different name. Neither 888 number is in service. They do not answer their local number. What I ordered is sometimes called the Mortise kit, sometimes the door jamb repair kit. Neither me nor this company know what it is. Instructions make no sense. I am a mechanical engineer and what they have written down is not physically possible. Pictures are totally illegible because they have been photocopied again and again. I have installed probably 25 of these systems. The truth is they work great on more modern doors that have been installed properly. Newer doors have a gap all the way around the door and weather stripping. If the door is already tight or rubs in some manner, this system will make the situation tighter and make it hard to open and close the door. I have had great results when you understand how the system works and install it in the right applications.

Installed as per instruction. I've been around doors and windows awhile. The door shield is metal on metal. Yes checked prior to installing. Called compan . They said send photos and that was the end of story. So now have a door that's very hard to close.
