I have been trying for over a year to get Jake to come back and fix a problem. His new paving was installed too thin in one area and spalled off of the old asphalt below, and is cracking in another. At first he answered my calls and said, "I'll be there next week." That went on for months. Then it was, "Sorry to keep you waiting. I'll give you a free sealcoating when I can get there." Jacob came out and gave an estimate, he said they would do the work in two weeks. I made several calls, with no response. After two months I hired another company to do the job.
