This place is great! I will never shop for meats at the grocery store again. Prices and quality of the product here is top notch.

Best roast beef in town. Get the au jus and french bread there too. They will cut your steaks, chops, crown ribs, or roasts to order. Good fresh or frozen sausages. Also veal, chicken, pork, chisesi ham. Can order whole pig butterflied for Cochon de lait. Smoked boudin is next to try.
Today we bought several different meats, but we cooked the rib eyes and they were tender and delicious. I highly recommend this place.
Stopped by to try their roast beef poboy. Had an excellent taste to what I could find on the sandwich. Over priced for that little meat on the sandwich.
Glad you've reopened, the best butcher shop ever! Love that Hot Sausage. It's one of my Saturday morning stops.
