I’ve never visited such an unprofessional nail shop. All the good reviews must be fake. They don’t even treat you like a potential customer. This nail shop is in Coral Springs Florida of all places and don’t even know how customer service. I was damn near kicked out of the place. They said they were too busy but when I called they said to just come in.

I went in to change my nail color. Just a regular manicure. My nails are long. I grew them out after years of not being able to have them long at my old job. So my nails are pretty important to me. I was refused service because they thought it was acrylic. They embarrassed me in front of the store. Claiming that a clear coat put to protect my nail was powder. Please don’t waste your time going to them. Very unprofessional staff I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. Could be because I’m black person.

I am very disappointed with the customer service here. When I tell you the man at the establishment treated me like I was a homeless person. I walked in after confirming an appointment on the phone and was told that they were too busy and that I should just go somewhere else. I said I just called and then the man just said he doesn’t care. I was almost brought to tears.

There was no greeter or greeting when I arrived, the staff seemed a little cold, just a business-like "can I help you?". As a walk-in, my wait-time for a pedicure was short. Julie called me to her station and gave me a great pedicure, and became warmer as time progressed; although with her Asian accent, trying to understand what she was saying thru her sanitary face mask was difficult. Armonds Nails is great. I had just relocated and found them. Great work, quality products, and very nice people! This is my place! Love Steve, so, so nice.

I LOVE ARMONDS !!!! I have no idea what the previous review is talking about ! This salon is immaculately clean. The staff is so professional and friendly. I've been going to armonds since I moved to Florida and I would not go any where else ! Every time I'm there Steve has done and upgrade, and they all know me by name ! he is always keeping the salon updated and inviting. The chairs are anything but old, he always has the newest best stuff. Would recommend this salon to everyone! Go go go! They are simply THE BEST !

THIS NAIL SALON IS VERY CLEAN AND NICE LOOKING, I 'M HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THEIR PRODUCTS, I WOULD SAY THEY ARE THE BEST OF THE PINK & WHITE SOLAR NAILS , AND ALSO THEY ARE VERY GOOD FOR MANICURE AND PEDICURE AS WELL . THE PRICE IS OK .
