The effectiveness of the product deserves 5 OR MORE stars. Why some other mfr. doesnt just slightly change the product & mass produce it here (what a novel idea-made in USA!) is beyond me.The company is a textbook administrative disaster with a product much better than even they thought, so now all of us who find they work wonderfully cant get them. If it wasnt so pitiful itd be hysterically funny. Now I need to find something even nearly as good (havent yet-any ideas?)
I TOO HAVE HAD AN ORDER IN WITH ARMONDS SINCE FEB. 2011.I HAVE CALLED 4-5 TIMES, FAXED 3-4 TIMES AND EMAILED 3-4 TIMES. ALL SEEMS TO BE GOING THRU BUT I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE TO ANY COMMUNICATIONS YET. LUCKLY I HAVE PAID ANY THING YET.TOM
I put an order in December, I saw the "were on backorder" message on their website so put it to the side. I have emailed and called numerous times including the number associated with their paypal account & their website and both just ring. No responses at all. Disputing it with paypal now, there has to be something illegal with taking orders and not giving merchandise...
Armonds has had my order and my money for 38 days and I have nothing. They do not respong to e-mails or phone calls. I have initiated a claim with PayPal to get the money back but I would have liked to have the toothpicks, (theyre really great) If they are out of business they should shut down the website and stop ripping off customers.
Its been almost a month since I placed my order. When I call I dont even getting an answering machine. The line just goes dead. No reponse to emails either.I guess they are out of business, who knows.
I have an order from Dec. that has not arrived. The payment was taken out of Paypal, so with no toothpicks and no money, I am up a creek. Guess they have gone out of business. No answer by phone or E-mail.
I also have had an order pending for over a month and can get no response from armonds, by e-mail or by phone-I assume they are no longer in buisness !!
