Definitely not the best experience, but not the absolute worst. We initially move in because my sister lived here, but she moved out due to her car window getting shot out. It’s a pretty good location in reference to main spots in corpus, but doesn’t feel the safest. There were TONS of broken car windows & stolen catalytic converters in the 3 years we were there. A safe haven, a beautiful spot, and beautiful management. I moved to corpus to seek refuge from domestic abuse. With nowhere else to turn my best friend made a phone call at 9pm night to Armon bay and we were set up with a tour the next day. Upon explaining my circumstances for looking for housing the apartment manager Claudia who volunteers with women of domestic violence made sure to do everything she can to get me into my unit. I love this apartment complex so much! Everyone is so nice all of the neighbors are so respectful! The apartments they selfs are so beautiful!
