Brandy is very unprofessional. She is a scam wastes a persons time already has been reported for saying there was unit available we were approved then all of a sudden it’s not available anymore randomly after she said it was and this was at the townhome sunray town home she’s confusing takes forever just to send over documents she wanted us to pay up front without proper documentation. She didn’t even give a tour of place had to tell her about getting a tour very unprofessional person that’s smokes all day.
Coral Cay is a great place to live. I have lived here more than a year. Manager Brandi is always very professional and works with me on everything from maintenance to rental payments. The property is always very clean and quiet.
