I think that Cc guy ment to say Run and put an application in!! Ive been here for 6 years and all past management was trash! These folks came in gave us clean pools. There used to be a big tree with birds that would poop over pool. They came in removed no hesitation. Gave us new washer and dryers. Their staff is constantly cleaning up around dumpsters because lame people dump! Ive seen it! Brandi does what she can to make sure the property is tidy. This complex is very clean I toured with Brandy and she helped me find what I needed, I am and elderly and maintenance guys helped me bring in a few heavy items when they saw me struggling 😭. They helped when I didn't ask and it was very kind of them to do. I am happy to call coral my home.
i absolutely adore the landlord Brandy. she’s very quick to help with any big or small problem we ever had. she’s always been very understanding with us. we been living here for about 4 years now. Complex looks way better since she took over. i hope this review help others, i live in a one bedroom apartment it’s pretty big for a reasonable price and i really enjoy how quiet it is over here.
Place is full of roaches, tubs/ kitchen sinks are always clogged due to poor sewage problems, feral stray cats are EVERYWHERE. There is also mice living in apartments as well !!! There are mice traps located all around the apartment complex. Maintenance casually walks into your apartment when you are not home. I would reconsider moving to these apartments!
