Great apartment complex, wonderful amenities as well as prices. So glad to call this place home. Thank you so much Candace for taking the time out to show us our new home and explain everything to us. You are amazing thanks for answering all our questions multiple times.
Current resident about to move, but since living here has been such a great experience, I wanted to share my feedback: Management has been awesome! Any time we've had an issue with anything, whether it's been maintenance or general questions about our lease, everyone has been so helpful and friendly. Speaking of maintenance, those guys are on it! We never have to wait around weeks at a time for an issue to be fixed if any. I am a current resident. i have lived here going on 3 yrs in may of this yr. firstly, management has ALWAYS been a blessing since I've been here. here is whats going on now 1. the 1st year the heater went out. it was fixed quickly. about a year ago though the maint. has changed and very slow now. every yr my heater has gone out. last yr DURING WINTER the heater went out and it took at the least 10 days to fix it. i just renewed my lease and it has already gone out again. i put in a work order around the 19th of march... read more
