This place is awesome. From the staff to the complex itself, you can expect a family oriented atmosphere. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay where come to Armon Bay, you will not be disappointed.
We've been here a little over a year now, and have loved it! The staff is super helpful and understanding, they become like a second family! GW (corporate) sometimes can create issues themselves, but even with that, Leah will still find anyway she can to help us! The apartments are in a good quiet location, the apartments themselves are nice (especially compared to others in town that are old and dated), residents for the most part are friendly and quiet. My husband has been towed out of HIS PARKING SPOT TWICE, and has not been reimbursed for either. When emailed the office, they didn’t respond to him and left the new permit in the mailbox, AVOIDING US. Do not recommend this place.
FIVE STARS This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management staff is absolutely amazing and helpful, the maintenance staff is very quick about fixing things and very knowledgeable in what they do. I would definitely recommend this place to more people.
