I would not go to her if you have an auto immune disease. If you complain about mistakes made by the primary doctor she referred she will side with the Dr. She kept deterring me from wanting Covid immunity labs done idk if it’s because I refused the vax and labs showed natural immunity twice and it affected her ego. I was referred to Dr. Tumyan by my family physician but was unable to schedule an appointment due to the unprofessional behavior and poor performance of her staff. I hope she considers hiring more competent and courteous personnel, as continued issues like this may lead to negative reviews from other patients as well.
Extremely grateful for Dr Tumyan, it took a while to get in to see her, but she was actually willing to take my concerns seriously. I am in my 20s (18-19 when I saw her) and was dealing with severe back pain and hypermobility. She made sure to actually run tests and not brush me off because I was so young (I had to FIGHT to even get a referral to her!!!) and got me diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis and spondylitis arthritis! I know dr Tumyan a few years. Before her no one couldn't figure out, what's going on with me. She did it. I got treatment, and I was better. I was on remission more than 3 years. Now I am going to make appointment again. The best rheumatologist in my life!! Update! I tied to make appointment again, because my pain is back, BUT nobody scheduled me. they asked me refferal from primary doctor again! But I don't have any doctors here.
