Horrible business to deal with. Its almost as if they expect the customer to be the expert on counter installation. They were not helpful at all until I spoke to a manger, who did assist me. Until then, it was like " pulling teeth" to get any helpful information on the prep and build-up required prior to templating and installation. I was even told at one point "you'll have to figure it out". Oh, and did I mrntion that I paid for plumbing re-hook up? Our experience with Armina Stone was amazing. The decision as to which granite to pick out was extremely hard since they have so many great choices! Jonathan at the Robinson store was so kind, patient and helpful ~ so knowledgeable about the products! He will take time with you! He doesn't rush you. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Armina Stone. During the installation of my countertops, they damaged my cabinet. I immediately reached out and spoke with Monica, and while she initially apologized and asked for photos, she then ghosted me for seven months, ignoring my calls, voicemails, and multiple emails. When she finally responded, she dismissed the issue as “incidental damage” and claimed there was no way to install the piece without causing damage. This was never communicated beforehand.
