If you ever need to sell your property look no further. I've had other realtors in the past but believe me there is no comparison to Armida Rose. 5 stars is to little. The care that went into selling my home was an experience I never had before. Franca is truly an amazing woman. She has super woman qualities. I wish I had more property to sell just to keep experiencing her honesty and greatness
Wish I would have worked with the other personal that have received 4 stars but on commercial property had the owner. Made mistake of hiring firm to handle general construction for renovation after purchasing which firm was broker. The construction lasted over 6 months for less than 5,000 square feet, 30% over budget, and after 99% paid to firm they just stop responding for items that contract required firm to provide.
