was barely 15 minutes late afyer letting them know we were running behind. drove all the way from Wichita and was refused service. i told them my child was in pain and they refused to see him over 5 minutes. i will be taking my business elsewhere. thanks for wasting my whole morning and having us drive 40 miles over 5 minutes and letting my child suffer.
Dr. Mark gave me my smile back after so many years. He did it all with care, compassion and humor! The staff is kind and caring and made sure my child got an immediate appointment when he really needed it. They do so much good, volunteering for free dental clinics across the state. I wish I would have gone here years ago.
They are awesome. I needed to get my daughter in & they had an opening for the both of us. Bless there hearts. They are super nice & friendly.
Dr. Melodee is awesome. I have had horrible dental experiences in the past bit she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She explained everything in detail and made the whole experience a good one. Love these guys!
I'm very content with the care of Dr. and Dr. Armfield, but some of the staff can be rude. I always enjoy my hygienist, and today I interacted with Natalee for the first time and she was wonderful. However, the main secretary at the front desk always looks and acts grumpy. And one hygienist whose name I can't remember was very rude to my husband when he wanted to go back with our two-year-old daughter, and then she made a couple snide remarks towards him while polishing my two-year-old's teeth.
