Last night I was very concerned when my AC started making a terrible noise. I called after 8:00 expecting to leave a message but a woman answered! She said that they would try to fit me in the next day but because it’s a busy time of year no guarantees. Alex came at 12:15. He discovered a piece of plastic that was hung up on the fan. Armer Air has been my go to for more years than I can count, they have been responsive, honest, reasonable, and just an all-around pleasure to work with. Today I needed a fan replacement, and Armer Air sent Alex out to do the job. He was knowledgeable, polite, replaced the fan quickly, left no mess, and was fantastic to work with!
We were referred to this company by a friend to address a collapsed duct in our attic. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. They sent a technician who, in my opinion, was inexperienced and unprepared. I had to provide him with shoe covers and show him where the attic was. After evaluating the area, he mentioned only the collapsed section might need replacement—but his communication and overall professionalism were poor. If I could give Armer Air and Alex Jorgenson 10 stars out of 5, I would!!! Alex was a great communicator, super kind, respectful, helpful and so very patient. When I asked about something at the end, he volunteered to go back up in the attic after he was done. I apologized and he respectfully said “I want to help you”, and I could tell he truly and sincerely meant it. Amazing hire and kudos to both Alex and Armer air for truly caring for and taking care of the customer.
