Seems to be pretty good on taking care of the property upkeep as far as a landlord is allowed,as to other comments he's not interested in fixing places for people that aren't interested in paying or taking care of the if someone thinks he's a slumlord then they're obviously on the downside of credibility
He's a slumlord that will use duct tape and silly putty to fix ( again) and again. I do NOT recommend
