I went in one day looking for something pretty specific. I worked with Andree to design exactly what I wanted. I loved the entire process and their amazing team.
I ordered a sterling silver name plate to be engraved 3 weeks ago, left my number and email and waited a week for an update and got nothing. Called again and asked about it and it had not been ordered yet so I asked how long it would be til it was ready, was told just a few days. Called today, 2 days before Christmas and it had still not been ordered! Couldn't be more displeased with the service and lack of communication.
