Absolutely top notch jeweller and beautiful craftsmanship. I reached out to Natasha with a tentative vision of repurposing a beloved diamond in a new setting - and she delivered the most beautiful rose gold halo ring that I have ever seen. I am absolutely delighted - this was a truly wonderful experience - Natasha is lovely and warm and charming, and patiently guided me through the process. I cannot wait to wear my new ring. I’ve taken two special rings to Armeni Jewelers for repairs and new stone setting, and could not be happier. The results are first rate, the service is impeccable, and Natasha is a delight to work with. Ten stars out of five for sure.
I recently had a disappointing experience. The staff were inattentive and seemed disinterested in helping me. I felt rushed and unvalued as a customer. Overall, the service was subpar and did not meet my expectations. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
