Keith and the other staff at Armen Collision were easy and great to work with. They were able to assess my car and provide an estimate on the same day. They were great at communicating with me until my car was ready for pickup and very accommodating with my busy schedule.
The staff & workers are very disorganized. Their appointment scheduling does not ensure you will get service. They also lost my keys while I was waiting (over 3 hours), and did not inform me until I asked for an update. They did not perform the service I was there for, and their resolution for the long wait and incompletion of the job was a small partial discount off my next service. I will not be returning here.
Frank is awesome. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful for what are otherwise difficult situations. Thank you guys.
If I could leave a 0 I would. I've never seen such a disorganized dealership. I traveled all the way from Baltimore MD. To get a Suv I had seen on the website I talked to two different sales reps over the phone all week. They were adamant they had the Suv I was looking for. So I traveled almost three hours north to only find out. Once I get there they don't have the Suv I wanted. They never communicated to each other or me.
