If I could leave a 0 I would. I've never seen such a disorganized dealership. I traveled all the way from Baltimore MD. To get a Suv I had seen on the website I talked to two different sales reps over the phone all week. They were adamant they had the Suv I was looking for. So I traveled almost three hours north to only find out. Once I get there they don't have the Suv I wanted. They never communicated to each other or me.
