We received excellent service and very professional Thank you AR Mechanical.
Had worker attend my residence for a non operating furnace. These were juniors learning . They stated that there was nothing wrong with the furnace . Shortly after they left, the furnace quit again. I went myself to inspect the furnace and found the problem and fix it. They should have been able to identify this simple problem. I don't blame juniors to have not identified this problem, but there should be supervision of junior workers. I know they have to learn there trade and having someone there to help them would be great... read more
