Not happy , was supposed to come one day and had to cancel because they were taking to long to arrive . On rescheduled day They arrived called me when I asked front desk to make sure they txt me as I had bad reception . When we arrived they weren’t there and had to wait over 20 minutes for them . We then let them into my business to change unit , went in on the Saturday and it wasn’t changed and I was not informed of why ! These kids were young and not professional . Hired me for three days knowing I didn’t have any experience then let me go because they said I had no experience. Asked for my ROE and found out they only hired me as a sub contractor what a joke
We received excellent service and very professional Thank you AR Mechanical.
Had worker attend my residence for a non operating furnace. These were juniors learning . They stated that there was nothing wrong with the furnace . Shortly after they left, the furnace quit again. I went myself to inspect the furnace and found the problem and fix it. They should have been able to identify this simple problem. I don't blame juniors to have not identified this problem, but there should be supervision of junior workers.
