The two service guys were excellent and so was there customer service person, would definitely recommend them
I just had a crew from AR Mechanical at my house to install 3 heat pumps. The team was super respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend these guys for a quick and painless job well done :)
After dealing with 2 other local companies to help diagnose an issue with our air conditioner was unsuccessful, it was recommended I contact AR Mechanical. Within a few short minutes of the tech listening to our AC he was able to diagnose the problem. Within a week, we had a new AC installed/coils exchanged etc. I am so thankful for the prompt service and that they were able to finally fix the issue we've been having for months. Will definitely be recommended this company to all friends & family. Thanks for everything!!
To say they were accommodating to our schedule is an understatement. This is probably the best company I’ve ever dealt with. They were more than understanding about our unconventional work schedule, especially Kim, and made efforts to be here at times that worked for us. The work was done and was done well. They explained stuff to us and were prompt. If you're second-guessing this company, don't. I highly recommend them.
