Was just in town for two weeks on business and worked out at Armbrust Pro Gym while I was here. Great gym, no shortage of equipment and the staff was excellent. Even though I was just a visitor in their gym, they greeted me each day as if I was a regular member! Always pleasant and asked about my workouts and how my day went. I had to plan my visits due to the current COVID rules so I wouldn’t have to wait to get in, but the staff was very professional and made sure if we had to wait, it was as short as possible.
Unbelievable gym and staff. If you are serious about taking your training to the next level this is the gym for you. The gym etiquette is fantastic...everyone respects the equipment and each other.
I recently moved here from Pittsburgh, Pa. I always wanted to train here after seeing Ben Pakulski training here in one of his videos. Best gym I ever trained at, and I trained in some pretty good gyms. definitely check this place out if you have the chance.
