On August 4, 2016, I had a problem with sensitivity to a crown with both temperature and pressure. Dr. Ken Henley assessed the problem to be to micro ridges impacting the lower bite in advance of the majority of the tooth. This repetitive impacting over time resulted on pressure on the tooth’s root. The remedial action took 3 to 5 minutes with relief from the pressure and temperature noted within hours and 90% relief within 24 hours.
